How the SATV Program Works

You are likely qualified for SATV redemption if your organization purchased a Microsoft software volume licensing agreement. Contact the Global Knowledge SATV Helpdesk if you need assistance determining your eligibility.

How Do I Redeem SATVs?

The Global Knowledge SATV Helpdesk makes redemption easy. We can train you on the latest Microsoft technologies when and where you and your IT staff need it. Our SATV Helpdesk will take care of getting your organization registered for courses and on the way to redeeming SATVs.
