Mark Morgan, MCP, MCSA, MCSE, MCITP and MCT, has been working in programming and IT for over 20 years and began teaching Microsoft and other courses in 1993. He was an IT administrator and trainer for Dow Jones and Company, has run his own consulting business, and is a full-time, senior instructor with Global Knowledge. Brief Overview:

In this webinar, instructor and course director Mark Morgan will provide an overview of the features and changes resulting from the release of Service Pack 1 (SP1) for Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2. SP1 brings major changes related to Hyper-V and Remote Desktop Services of Windows Server 2008 R2. Mark will discuss those changes, and he'll cover the minor changes incorporated in Windows 7 SP1, which includes all previously released updates for Windows 7.
