  • Line of sight is the line that connects the client experience to the Strategic Framework of the organization and to the contribution each individual employee makes

2. Step 1: Make the Connection

  • Focusing on building clarity around the Strategic Framework
  • Aligning organizational purpose/vision to individual objectives

3. Step 2: Add Value

  • Using your view from purpose to performance, identify the ways you add value

4. Step 3: It's All In the Story

  • Committing to what needs to get done
  • Inspiring others to engage with you by communicating your passion and commitment
  • Applying the four P's of a Powerful Align for Results Story to begin to tell your own

Prerequisites

Prework for this course should be completed one week in advance and brought to class.
