CCNP Routing and Switching
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Routing and Switching certification validates that you have the skills to plan, implement, verify and troubleshoot complex network solutions. In the CCNP Routing and Switching program, you will cover:
- Implementing secure, IPv6-enabled LAN and WAN routing solutions to support today's business-critical services and widespread adoption of BYOD across the enterprise
- High availability, switch virtualization and scalable VPN technologies needed to support branch offices and to enable the mobile workforce
Two Paths to Certification
If you are currently pursuing your CCNP Routing and Switching certification, you may choose to complete the v1.0 curriculum. Upon completion, the certification will be good for three years. The last day to test is January 29, 2015.

If you have not yet started pursuing the CCNP Routing and Switching certification or if you have only taken one of the three v1.0 exams, we recommend that you pursue the v2.0 certification.
