Convergence Technologies Professional (CTP), a high-stakes vendor-neutral certification program, validates the skills required to service and sell converged voice, video, and data network solutions. Prosoft Learning Corporation manages the CTP certification program.

The International Council of Electronic Commerce Consultants (EC-Council) is a professional organization established in USA, with headquarters in New York hosting members and affiliates worldwide. The EC-Council e-Business certification program is built on proven e-Business techniques, like open standards, scalability, availability and security.

EXIN

EXIN, the Examination Institute for Information Science, is a global, independent IT examination provider. Its mission is to guarantee the quality of the ICT sector and the ICT professionals working in this sector by means of independent testing and certification. Included in its responsibilities is the accreditation of training providers. Our ITIL courses are accredited through EXIN.

HDI

HDI is the world's largest membership association for IT service and support professionals and the premier certification body for the industry. Founded in 1989, HDI's mission is to lead and promote the IT service and support industry by empowering its members through access to timely and valuable industry information, including reports and publications; encouraging member collaboration through events and online forums; and establishing internationally recognized, standards-based industry certification and training programs.

International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET)

Global Knowledge has been approved as an Authorized Provider by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET), 1760 Old Meadow Road, Suite 500, McLean, VA 22102. In obtaining this approval, Global Knowledge has demonstrated that it complies with the ANSI/IACET 1-2007 Standard which is widely recognized as a standard of good practice internationally. As a result of their Authorized Provider membership status, Global Knowledgeis authorized to offer IACET CEUs for its programs that qualify under the ANSI/IACET 1-2007 Standard.

IAMCP Canada (International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners)

IAMCP Canada was formed in 1994 to provide Partners a greater voice into Microsoft and to facilitate mutual growth and business development. Our chapter is led and organized by member volunteers in cities around the country. Chapter membership fosters personal relationships that lead to mutual business opportunities. The large number of member companies provides a rich array of non-competing service providers with whom you can offer an expanded portfolio to your clients. It also  provides a great opportunity for those member companies without direct Microsoft Partner Account Management to work more closely with the local Microsoft office.

International Avaya Users Group (IAUG)

In 2010, members from the International Nortel Networks Users Association (INNUA), the International Alliance of Avaya Users (InAAU), and Insight 100INC joined together to form the International Avaya Users Group (IAUG). This powerful international group of users has spent more than two decades providing advocacy, networking, and education to Avaya customers worldwide who are looking for a partner that enables them to share their voice, improve their knowledge, protect their investments, and influence product development and service delivery.

International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA)

The International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®) is the only not-for-profit association for the development of the business analysis profession. The organization is comprised more than 2,600 members in fields ranging from requirements management and requirements analysis to systems analysis, project management and consulting. The IIBA® maintains chapters in 36 countries worldwide and is committed to maintaining standards for the practice of business analysis and for the certification of practitioners. McMaster University's Centre for Continuing Education

Global Knowledge is proud to partner with McMaster University's Centre for Continuing Education, our national English Canadian University Partner.

Founded in 1887, McMaster University is one of Canada's leading post-secondary institutions and one of the Top 100 universities in the world (Shanghai Jiao Tong University ranking of world universities). The "McMaster Model" - a student-centred, problem-based, interdisciplinary approach to learning - has been adopted by universities around the world. McMaster's Centre for Continuing Education specializes in delivering multi-year custom programs in business, management and leadership, and health and social service topics. Through our relationship with McMaster CCE, individuals pursuing Business Analysis, Project Management, IT Project Management, Program Management, Enterprise Business Architecture, or Consulting Skills training with us can work towards completing an Associate's Certificate or Advanced Certificate of Completion awarded by the University. Additionally, Global Knowledge learners with an Advanced Certificate of Completion in Project Management, IT Project Management or Business Analysis will receive transfer credits from McMaster CCE towards their Diploma in Business Administration program. The Partner Community Council (PCC) is an independent community of more than 700 Avaya authorized partners collaborating to leverage the powerful synergy across Avaya's enterprise portfolio. As a PCC member, Global Knowledge joins a forum that leads with one voice to gain product and service improvements and to address strategic movement in the marketplace, operational and logistical issues, and key technical information.

Project Management Institute (PMI)

With over 225,000 members in approximately 160 countries, Project Management Institute (PMI) is the leading membership association for the project management profession. PMI is actively engaged in advocacy for the profession, setting professional standards, conducting research and providing access to a wealth of information and resources. PMI also promotes career and professional development and offers certification, networking and community involvement opportunities. As a Registered Education Provider (REP) Global Knowledge is approved by PMI to offer project management training for Professional Development Units (PDUs) used towards certification and renewal.

Université du Québec en Outaouais (UQO)

Université du Québec en Outaouais (UQO) is Global Knowledge's French Canadian University Partner for Project Management and IT Project Management in the Ottawa region and the province of Quebec.

As part of the Université du Québec System, UQO can count on educational resources and common services from the most important university system in Canada. People oriented, with classes made up of small groups of students, UQO gives students the will to learn, build a career and succeed in life. That is what attracts some 6000 registered students mainly from the Outaouais region but also from Eastern Ontario, the Maritimes and the rest of the Québec province. UQO's reputation has grown beyond their borders and attracts an increasing number of students from abroad.

First established in 2001, this partnership allows qualifying individuals pursuing Project Management/IT Project Management training with us in the Ottawa region and province of Quebec to receive either an Associate's Certificate or Advanced Certificate of Completion from UQO. Individuals with an Advanced Certificate of Completion will also receive academic credit towards UQO's Master's Degree in Project Management program should they wish to pursue it.
