While these important capabilities will likely never go away, there are other capabilities and attributes of effective leadership emerging today that are changing the definition of leadership. These new realities have come about in recent years as shifts in demographics and other forces have placed new demands on the role of the leader.

In a nutshell, when it comes to leadership, doing things the same old way doesn't work anymore.

And we have the research to prove it! Join us for this exciting look at:

  • A series of 9 new impactful and highly flexible courses that address today's new realities and tomorrow's opportunities
  • Key findings from a recent Global Knowledge research study involving the participation of 420 Canadian business and HR leaders
