The desire to attract, develop and retain a committed workforce that is fully engaged in their work has been a strategic objective of organizations for years.

Many organizations have spent considerable time and resources developing workplace policies and programs intended to assess and improve employee engagement. But have they resulted in the levels of engagement or business results organizations have hoped for? Is there some element of the engagement equation that is being overlooked?

Learning Outcomes:

  • What are the key drivers of engagement? What helps people feel connected to their organization? What leads people to contribute more of their talents, creativity and passion to their work?
  • Why does motivation matter? What does it look like?
  • How do effective leaders influence motivation and engagement levels?
  • Are today's leaders equipped to tap into the motivation of their team members' for full engagement?
